The purpose of this bible study is to assist the Christian community in considering controversial issues in the light of the Bible and Christian beliefs. The point is not to give the definitive Christian perspective on any one issue. Controversial issues are by nature complex and divisive. Good people get upset about them. On every topic covered there will be well-meaning and thoughtful Christians on both sides of the issue. The aim is to help us, as Christians, to consider the issues in the light of biblical teaching.
