Reservation Policies & Procedures
As a service to the community, we lend meeting rooms to community groups on a space-available basis. HPCUMC does not provide space to groups which plan to use the event for profit-making purposes (e.g., charge an admission fee higher than required to cover costs, sell items for profit, etc.) Gatherings that involve youth and elementary-aged children require adequate adult supervision. Insurance policies require us to obtain liability waivers in some instances.
First-time Users
Contact Lisa Foley (513) 979-8174 or [email protected] to inquire about meeting room availability or submit an online reservation request.
Food Service
We are unable to offer kitchen facilities for groups who wish to prepare meals on-site. Coffee, tea and water are available on request for a nominal fee.
Fees and
Contributions
HPCUMC-sponsored groups may use church facilities
at no charge; outside groups are asked for donations to
cover expenses.
