books are windows to the world…they enlarge our vision
of heart and mind and help us live our mission in today's
world." --Johanna

Reading
Program
Education is a core UMW value. All year round, HPCUMC's
unit joins women from across the country by reading books
that further our vision. Titles cover contemporary topics:
spiritual growth, mission, community nurturing and social
action.
Special
emphasis is given to summer reading. One book is assigned
per month, and readers are invited to participate in a discussion
group.

"As
Christians, we long to alleviate the suffering of others…The
Nast Trinity dinners offer us the opportunity to directly
address one limited problem…right now." --Roxanne Hamilton
Nast Trinity United Methodist Church
Nast Trinity is a small, but active church committed
to urban ministry and mission, helping meet the critical
physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the community.
We have been blessed with gifts and are called to the service
of providing food for the body and soul of these neighbors
in Over-the-Rhine. Learn more about Nast Trinity.
Funeral Receptions
UMW offers support to grieving families by hosting complimentary punch, coffee, and cookie receptions after funeral services. (Requests should be made to the church office.)
